Non-Return Policy

At Figment Shoots, LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and products tailored to your specific requirements. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, we have established the following Non-Return Policy for all completed work and deliverables:

  1. Completion and Acceptance of Work

    • Once work has been completed and deliverables have been provided to the customer, the transaction is considered final.
  2. No Returns or Refunds

    • Due to the custom nature of our services and products, returns or refunds are not permitted once the work has been completed and sent to the customer.
    • This policy applies to all physical, digital, or service-based deliverables.

  3. Revisions and Modifications

    • We strive to ensure customer satisfaction by offering a defined number of revisions (as outlined in the project agreement) prior to final submission.
    • Any additional revisions or modifications beyond the agreed scope will be subject to additional charges.

  4. Exceptions

    • In the rare event of a defect, error, or failure to deliver the agreed-upon work as outlined in the initial agreement, we will address the issue to ensure it meets the original specifications.
    • Requests for correction must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the deliverables.

  5. Intellectual Property

    • Ownership of deliverables may be transferred to the customer upon full payment, as stated in the agreement.
    • Once ownership is transferred, the customer assumes full responsibility for the deliverables.
